Can you explain the meal plan options?

We now have three options available:

BARE STARTER is paid weekly and perfect for anyone looking to change eating habits and try 100% plant based meals.

BARE LIFESTYLE is a great way to commit to a new lifestyle change with a onetime purchase of 4 weeks of meals. It! With this plan, you to save $40 and avoid the week to week payment hassle. The 4 weeks do not have to be used consecutively but you must use within 2 months.

 BARE RESTART is for those ready to cleanse their bodies while still being able to eat nourishing delicious meals. This plan is great for those wanting to lose weight, restart their eating habits and commit to a new and healthy lifestyle!

What can I expect from eating Bare Eats 2 Go meals?

Those who indulge in our yummy meals can expect balanced nutrition that’s fulfilling. Each week we deliver meals directly to your home or office from a diverse selection of international dishes. We create a set menu to bring variety of taste and introduce clients to a diverse selection of fruits and veggies.

 

How should meals be enjoyed? Warm or cold?

All meals are fully cooked and just need to be reheated. Meals can be enjoyed cold (salads & wraps) or warmed (soups, pastas, etc.). We recommend heating meals on the stove, oven or toaster oven. Remove food items and place in a pan or oven safe dish. We do not recommend the microwave for various health reasons. Also, keep in mind that overcooking will affect the taste and texture of the meals.

Do you have a refund policy?

Refunds are not issued once payment is received. If you are not able to accept meal delivery, please email us at least 24 hr notice. Once received, your account will be credited for future use, simply reschedule by emailing us. 

Where do you deliver?

We are currently delivering in Savannah (Downtown, Eastside, Southside and Westside), Pooler and Portwenworth. We will deliver to your home or office.

How many deliveries will I receive?

We are all about quality and fresh ingredients, so we deliver on two days Monday and Wednesday (and three days if you choose the BARE RESTART plan, add Friday). On Monday you will receive lunch and dinner for Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday delivery will include lunch and dinner for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For BARE RESTART clients, Friday delivery will include lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What time do you deliver?

Delivers are between 10:00 – 1:30 p.m. We will text you our expected time of arrival on delivery day. If you have a delivery conflict or time request please contact us to discuss.

 

What does 100% plant based mean?

Plant based means we only use ingredients that are or derived from plants, including: fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, whole grains, legumes, fats, mushrooms. How menu may mention something that is typically a meat dish, but it will NEVER have any meat, dairy or animal byproduct included.

We make our own dressings, sauces, and etc. However, we purchase gluten-free bread from

Are meals all organic?

We aim to use all organic ingredients and are adamant about the Dirty Dozen list. However, when it is not possible we do source locally and NEVER buy GMO ingredients.

Will I get enough protein?

Most definitely! Protein is found in A LOT of plant-based foods, some more than meat.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Unfortunately, at this time we can not accommodate food allergies adequately. Though we provide gluten-free meals, we do cook in a kitchen that has had wheat in the facilities.

Will there be enough food?

Yes. Men and women (vegans and meat-eaters) eat our meals and are satisfied without the overally stuffed feeling. We do recommend staying well hydrated, which can be confused as hunger.
